POINTS OF INTEREST

Due to the unique nature of the kitchen having multiple gas lines we worked closely with Sean Bussley to ensure the correct product was chosen. The SEC-elite system was selected as it’s multi proving feature removed the need for multiple control panels, so reducing equipment and installation costs whilst providing a simpler control method for the operating staff. The system was installed by Bussley Controls Limited of Warwickshire and commissioned by Medem to provide site with a 10 year warranty and 24hr telephone line. For the servery a Medem SafeAir CM (GP) kitchen interlock panel was used, showing the versatility of our panel option to suit any size of project or system requirement.
