Although it is a lighter than air gas 0.717kgm-3 high humidity levels can create gas vapour which is heavier than air.
In a concentrated form it is both caustic and hazardous. Long term exposure limit (8 hours TWA) 25ppm. Short term exposure limit (15 minutes) 35ppm.
