Installation of SEC-elite System
Description
Facebook UK (London), the social media superpower, has recently had a Medem SEC-elite system installed in its kitchen.
Points of Interest
Due to the unique nature of the kitchen having multiple gas lines we worked closely with Sean Bussley to ensure the correct product was chosen. The SEC-elite system was selected as it’s multi proving feature removed the need for multiple control panels, so reducing equipment and installation costs whilst providing a simpler control method for the operating staff. The system was installed by Bussley Controls Limited of Warwickshire and commissioned by Medem to provide site with a 10 year warranty and 24hr telephone line. For the servery, a Medem SafeAir CM (GP) kitchen interlock panel was used, showing the versatility of our panel option to suit any size of project or system requirement.
