Installation of AGDS-elite System
Description
Having had several years of experiencing reliable Medem gas detection products and servicing in their boiler rooms our BAE Systems made us their first destination when looking for a solution for hydrogen (H) gas detection.
Points of Interest
Heaving recently created a room to charge and store batteries from their fleet of helicopters, a subsequent risk assessment identified a need for hydrogen gas monitoring. Our AGDS-elite system, relay panel and hydrogen sensors were installed, providing, low, high and time weighted alarm levels to monitor for gas escape and build up. On detection of gas above the set levels the relay panel will increase the speed of the installed fan and activate internal and external warning beacons, a signal is also sent to the onsite BMS. The AGDS-elite has provided an early warning and fan control solution for the site.
