Installation of gas detection systems for a series of lab refurbishments
Description
Medem Gas Pressure Proving systems have been installed in the laboratories for a number of years on the natural gas pipework. So, when it came to looking for gas detection systems for a series of lab refurbishments Medem was contacted to work together on finding a cost-effective, user-friendly system.
Points of Interest
Due to the gases being used the Medem AGDS-elite was chosen with sensors for monitoring: Hydrogen, Carbon Monoxide, Nitrogen, Argon, Methane. The systems were installed with sounder beacons to provide an early warning for occupants to exit the workspace should a gas leak be identified.
