Inair CO2 Monitoring

Medem Inair is the only CO2 monitoring system capable of displaying the minimum, maximum and average CO2 levels in a classroom (patent applied for).

CO2 is considered the primary indicator of indoor air quality, as high levels of CO2 have a detrimental effect on students’ cognisance. With studies showing that even moderately elevated levels of CO2 over a sustained period can significantly impair decision-making and performance.

Naturally Ventilated
A high-level alarm of 2,000ppm for 20 minutes. Daily average (8hrs) should be less than 1,500ppm.

Mechanically Ventilated
A high-level alarm of 1,500ppm for 20 minutes. Daily average (8hrs) should be less than 1,000ppm.
With a simple internal selection, the Inair can be set to monitor for these two operating levels and have the traffic light LED operate accordingly.
